At Aether's Atelier, your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we offer refunds for purchases made through our website (aethersatelier.com).
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests for items that meet all of the following conditions:
- The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including the jewellery box and any protective materials.
- A copy of the original order confirmation or receipt is included.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom and bespoke orders — all personalised or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- The reason for your refund request
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- For items received damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

8. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as refunds. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
