1. Products & Descriptions

  • All products are handcrafted artisan jewellery. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in colour, size, and appearance are normal and part of the unique character of each piece.
  • We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of your order placement is the price you will be charged.
  • Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Your order is confirmed only when payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

3. Orders & Fulfilment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Order cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase, as we begin processing orders promptly.
  • In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3–6 business days. Custom and bespoke orders have separate timelines communicated during the ordering process.
