Cancellation Policy
We begin processing your unique pieces shortly after an order is placed. You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for new, unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Exclusions: Please note that customized and bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. A copy of the original order receipt must be included in the return package.
- Important Note: We reserve the right to refuse return requests that exceed the 14-day window or do not comply with our return quality standards.
