Handcrafted with Care
At Aether's Atelier, we don't believe in mass production. Most pieces are handcrafted to order, so every creation is a unique work of art. When a design is already in stock it ships sooner — but either way, every order is dispatched within 7 days of purchase.
Processing Timeline
- Standard Orders: dispatched within 7 days of your order being placed (often sooner when a piece is in stock).
- Bespoke & Engraved Pieces: custom designs and personalised engraving follow a separate timeline based on the piece. We'll confirm the lead time with you by email before production begins.
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, please reach out via live chat (bottom-right of any page) or email support@aethersatelier.com — depending on production status, we're often able to accommodate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Times (after dispatch)
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 4–6 business days
- United States & Canada: 4–7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 4–6 business days
- Japan & South Korea: 3–6 business days
- Singapore: 3–6 business days

Shipping & Rates
- Free shipping on orders over £50.
- Orders under £50: a flat £5.
The same rate applies across every region we ship to. Each order is fully insured and tracked; a tracking link is emailed when your order ships, and higher-value orders are sent with signature on delivery.
Duties & Taxes
All duties and taxes are included — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There is nothing further to pay when your order arrives.
