Sign in and trade prices replace retail across the whole range, including the online line sheet.
Order online at any hour. Pay by card at checkout, or ask us for an invoice and pay by bank transfer.
Wholesale terms
Five pieces to open, mix and match freely across the range. Ten or more if you have the shelf for it.
No minimum per style. One of each is fine — build the selection your customers will actually buy, not the one that fills our order form.
Two to four weeks from order confirmation. We will always tell you in advance if a piece needs longer.
UK delivery is a flat £10.00, tracked and insured. Orders over £250 ship free. Shipping outside the UK — ask and we will quote it.
Opening orders are pro forma — payable in full before dispatch. Pay by card at checkout, or ask us for an invoice and pay by bank transfer.
After your first order you can move to 30-day terms. If your organisation needs to pay against an invoice from the first order, tell us when you order and we’ll set it up.
Trade prices are ex-VAT and confidential to account holders. We publish an RRP and hold our own channels at RRP.
Each piece arrives boxed and tagged, ready for your shelf. The tag carries the name, our SKU and the RRP; a card inside explains why the colour shifts when you turn it, so your customer hears the story even when you are busy. Nothing to re-package.
Tell us how your shop runs. Price stickers, barcodes, a small stand for the counter — say the word when you order and it goes in the box.
The returns address is confirmed on your invoice. Damage or shortages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Overdue invoices carry statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, plus the fixed recovery cost set by UK late payment legislation. Goods remain the property of Aether's Atelier until paid for in full; risk passes on delivery.
