Here a cascading gradient of natural parrot feathers shifts from deep royal blue to ethereal light blue, while white crystals nestle within the blooms like morning dew. Sculpted in flowing Art Nouveau curves, it secures beautifully in a French twist, a low bun, or beside loose waves.
