The Craft — Lampwork Glass→
The ring is sculpted by hand at over 1000°C using the Lampwork technique, a legacy of fire and form dating back to ancient Egypt and Venice. At this heat the borosilicate becomes molten and fluid, allowing the seamless joins and organic, flowing shapes of the final design.
We use medical-grade borosilicate glass, the same material trusted in laboratories and fine optics for its clarity and strength. Slow annealing in a kiln locks in structural integrity, and the subtle variations of each hand-sculpted ring make every piece one of a kind.
