Only ten to fifteen percent of a feather holds sections fine enough for jewelry-grade inlay. Each piece is hand-set in our atelier, producing a teal-blue surface that shifts hue as it catches the light — a one-of-a-kind alternative to engraved metal or traditional stones.

Each plume is individually selected for its silk-like sheen and structural integrity, then dissected into jewel-like filaments and embedded by hand into the steel frames.
Because only a small portion of a feather meets our standard, the material itself is a testament to its preciousness — and subtle variation in pattern between pieces is the hallmark of true hand-set work.
